Very gentle on the skin! My skin got damaged after using chemical peels that caused irritation and burn to my superficial layer. The natural almond shells are so fine grounded! Never causes any scratches or sensitivity reactions. Can go out in the sun same day. Regular use has helped me with my open cheek poors!
